The product is positioned almost identically to Plausible: simple dashboard, no cookies, no banner, GDPR-compliant by default. The main differentiators are the email-report cadence (very good), the multi-site bundle pricing (better for agencies running many properties), and a Canadian/Florida hosting story rather than EU-first.
