Two things decide this: how much logic the form needs, and where the answers go after submit. Simple signup and contact forms are a solved problem — Tally, Youform and Formspark all handle them, and Formspark expects you to bring your own markup. Reach for Typeform, Jotform, Fillout or Feathery only when branching, payments or multi-step flows show up.
